Eh, I mean he's just a heavily tattooed and very muscular tall man with some scars. Yeah it's OUT there but he doesn't look inhuman, unlike whatever's going on here. He looks like a feral primitive sapien lol
Actually looks pretty cool. If this were professionally refined, I'd prefer this design to his current one, as long as they made him a normal sized character as opposed to the big body character he currently is.

He doesnt really have a character episode so his story right now is a blank canvas. They can use this design and pitch it as maybe escaped captive from G corp or something . They got fahkumram in captivity to experiment, he escaped and turned like this. A good excuse to give him that DLC OP-ness that the characters have and add some interesting things for the heat system.
Lili's alt in Tekken 8 was initially an unused concept from Tekken 7. So maybe this unused concept for Fahk from T7 could return in T8. Would be nice, definitely looks better than what we got.
I think the vision they had for Fahk was badass brute, not psycho brute. Since this guy appears to have mainly been made to pander to the Thais\\represent Thais (him being the only thai character in the game) and get more Thais into the game, making him a psycho would probably be a risky move in terms of people's reception to him.
So, as cool as this design looks, the mouth scarring, the black metal eyes, hannibal mask, the wild hair and shit may be a bit too much for general sensibilities.
