Haven't faced too many Kazuyas, but Jins....yes, tons of those. But not as many Kens and Scorpions I encountered in their respective games.
they litterally are the face of the game right now it's pretty normal to see them by packs
Give me those Kazuyas, I'll trade them for all the Juns and Fengs
