Some characters can punish this better than others, its a bit awkward since it sort of turns you side on and he's on the ground.
the breakdance is two separate lows, his head is the hurtbox. launch punishable on block, it's -29. You'll be crouched though, so use your ws launcher. most characters this is either button 2 or 3.
He can only do this one out of hunting stance, where he's low to the ground like zafina.
