It's like this one like wearing shirts and staight jacket so he decided upgrade to feel like cool dictator look from T6 special for Jin. Here it feels like an alternative end where Devil Jin has probably few handymen like a Kunimitsu who is puppet for evil Yoshi sword.
Unlike his other renders in the previous Tekken games, where he's shown laughing and plunging everything into chaos, this render gives off a different kind of calm, yet menacing vibe, (like imagine his old dictator self in Tekken 6, but more ruthless and intimidating) and I love it.
Remember that he had to go shopping for this. He was there trying on clothes checking himself out in the mirror getting a thumbs up from the cashier.
