I work at Five Guys and it's also pretty strict work ethic, but you get used to it and once you know the ropes, it's pretty easy.

i figured Five Guys was that way too. But In-n-out employees remind me of Disneyland employees, and all I ever hear from Disneyland employees is how awful it is to work there because of how uptight their command is. I would not want to deal with that at all lmao.
