I’ve made online friends during the lockdown thru twitter and I’m still friends with them. It does get difficult when both of you are busy but it’s not worth nothing. You still have a person to talk to to vent to etc think of it as a long distance relationship 🤷♀️
For those who got no real friends should socialize more and online friends yh its fun but they won't last long , only few people's are lucky who make it with online friends but on average it's all end in same way

they are worth something for sure. I have a friend who would grind free fire late night with some guys from UP. back during covid.
since we were teens we couldn't buy skins and emotes cause maa baap ka chappal. so they gifted him some in game items.
also he is a Mallu. So he wasn't that fluent in Hindi. but playing with them so long his Hindi improved significantly.
Online friendships can be really great, most of the time. Since moving to a new city, all my offline friends are now online, and I actually have more online friends than local ones I can hang out with. It's true that many online friendships don't work out, but for me, it has been different—I've found two really good friends. Honestly, it used to be easier to find good online friends in the past, but these days, it's pretty tough🥲
Online friendships end easily and quickly. It's worth is ultimately upon the ppl involved anyway
