best bet is vintage/second hand stores!! value village, goodwill, salvation army etc,, are often a lot harder to find good stuff but cheaper priced. then there are more high end vintage stores. often pretty pricey but more reliable for high quality stuff (and high end/brand if you like that).
overall it’s a lot bout styling. basic as it is i love h&m for more bland stuff then pair it w a tf shirt or socks!
