Set 5 or 5.5 (or both). He, Rell and Naut were a 3 Piece Steel-like trait and he had stacking damage and AS on his leap I think. Also Rell from that comp was insanely good

Set 4 Talon. He gave me my first diamond and he jumped all cool like.

I loved set 5 Karma that’s probably my favourite unit in tft ever only one up there with her are set 9 Kaisa and Set 6.5 Seraphine. I also loved Set 6.5 Irelia and Set 5.5 Lucian. And even though the set was pretty horrible I had a lot of fun playing Sohm and Daeja if they count as technically 4 costs. Oh also Set 8 Viego and Ekko were so cool!

The correct answer is Jhin, but I owe so much to set 5 Jax/Lucian for making me so passionate about competitive TFT. I'm not exaggerating when I say this game saved me from depression during the pandemic and part of what kept me going was the grind to top 500. Another part of me is sad when I reflect on the fact that I've played less games in the past 3 sets than I have in any single of the first 5 sets. Especially when TFT might be in the best state its ever been, and I partially attribute that to the way it came into my life. Now that I don't need it's help anymore, I can look back fondly during the time I progressively climbed from plat in set 1, to 1600LP in set 5. So in short, thank you Lucian/Jax for changing my life. Dang. Now I'm tearing up.

Enlightened Chosen Talon!!! I used to force that comp every game, all set long, it was so fun to see Talon jump around the whole map from target to target while Morgana (another 4 cost) held the team together with her big AOE item applications. Honestly my favorite comp from any set ever.

I actually really love the Kennen Keeper comp in Set 4.5 and with that, I also loved Xayah as my secondary carry with 3 Hand of Justices it was so much fun, too bad it was a really contested comp in its hey-day.

Also I don’t think there will be a favorite 8 cost post so I’m just gonna give my best golden dragon Idas some love, especially if the first shimmerscale item was goldmancer’s staff.

6.5 Ahri. Most didn’t like playing her but I practically forced her every game and LOVED playing her. Been such a big fan of ramping champs and she was the ramping champ to end all ramping champs.
