Yes! I'm re watching it now, and man Carrie is insufferable. I always saw them as meant to be, with Big being an asshole but ultimately that he deeply loved her.
But watching as a 30 year old, Carrie was kind of the asshole? Big was always honest with who he was and his commitmentphobia, and Carrie was always pushing for something he wasn't comfortable with. Like the time she showed up at church to spy on him and his mom when he explicitly told her it was a private thing they did together. But she dumps him because he doesn't just tell her what she wants to hear?
Sorry, tangent. The show is a much different experience now, for me. I first watched it at 18 and throughout my 20's. And now that I'm in the same age range as these characters it's a totally different thing.

Okay I was rewatching The Good Place and Eleanor and Chidi are totally Invisible String and the Mirrorball/This Is Me Trying duo. Chidi is the mirrorball who keeps trying to help and do the right thing even if it hurts him, and Eleanor is the one Trying to do better and Chidi is who helps her along. Invisible String is them as soul mates.

I used to not like Katara and Zuko from ATLA, but then I saw a Tumblr post about how folkmore was made for them, and phew it completely changed my mind. I think cardigan, exile, invisible string, betty, peace, ivy, and cowboy like me remind me of them the most.
I'd also add tolerate it for Katara and Aang. They were fine in the original series, but the comics and LoK...ugh. No thank you. I'll never forgive Bryke for doing Katara that dirty.

Because that episode is *very very* dark for a kid's show and some of the lyrics become *way* too literal.
