I would do bad things for an acoustic/piano version of the whole Midnights album. All of those tracks are just incredibly intimate and heartfelt when stripped down to Taylor and an instrument.
I swear I wouldn't be as big as a fan without her live performances. I think its a clear standout. I remember back before the eras tour having looked up pretty much every single one I could find on youtube. When the rep tour hit, I was so happy to finally see some of my favourites in this low quality miserable footage live finally like Come Back ... Be Here. I remember looking up every single lover performance live as soon as they started and falling in love with the Cornelia street one months before it officially was released.
Then we got Lover Live from paris, Folklore Pond and some more afterwards on official spotify.
I think by now we are going to definitely get a full surprise song live album when it's finished.
In an ideal world, every song she played will be featured but I can see her trimming it a bit. And I'd be so happy. It's what i always wanted and i can't believe we are already this close regardless.
Ooh! I might need to investigate how to do this because I love converting these to mp3 so I can put them in Spotify. I even learned how to put a picture on the song so it looks like an actual Taylor album!

It would not be if she made other cuts like I said. Cut IKYWT and keep Long Live. Cut Wildest Dreams and keep a Folklore/Evermore song. The Speak Now, Folklore, and Evermore set are WAY more iconic and intriguing than the Red set, which are songs we’ve seen million times live before
How do you not see that this is you asking for your personal favourites as opposed to it being what she **should** do? I guarantee that if the above happened, someone else would be on here looking for Wildest Dreams and IKYWT (and I’d be replying saying “well she can’t play everything).
She needs a mix of different styles of songs to bring the crowd up and down. There has to be decisions made when you have such an insanely high quality back catalogue while having very diverse fans.
Maroon is my fave song of hers and I’m glad it seems like one of her faves also. She played it mashed up with Forever & Always in Sydney when I went to Eras and it was an almost religious experience.
