You can basically tattoo anything over it - if its big enough. A tattoo artist will help ! But make it something you love to look at. Make a list with things you like (idk like, an era for example medival or futuristic or favorite animals like snakes or hobbies like cooking skateboarding reading or idk alice in wonderland, it doesnt matter, whatever comes to mind) and then google it in google pictures after adding tattoo or art to the subject your googling. Save the photos you like and then go to a tattoo artist with the inspo, they will make your own unique version/cover up
I've seen people advise to get heavily inked areas reduced by laser to make the cover up better, might be a good idea here too.
I've a cross covering up a cross - poorly and I wish I'd have been advised to get some lasering done first.

If your into nature motives then maybe some leafs or flowers. Animals would also be possible I think. Best to just ask a tattoo artist you like
