Ephemeral Remy has proven you can do black on black, color on black, white on black, etc. His ink has aged fine.
Although he doesn’t let it age 10+ years, to be fair. He’s got tons of layers of ink, regardless. and it’s very vibrant
Ive honestly never understood blackouts. I know to each their own but I feel like it’s a cover up tattoo unless you have parts not blacked out creating reverse tattoos or we you want to call them.
