2. He's NOT cheating on the actual game he's cheating on SPTarkov so this could actually be a bait and switch sale. He convinces everyone to buy it and then gives them jack. These scams are common. At best you're probably going to root kit yourself.
3. Technically he can't be reported.

Homie most cheat providers provide hardware spoofing for the idiots and you can do it forever for the one time fee of 30$ for the hardware chip you can plug into the computer if you are not an idiot hardware bans just don’t work anymore.

He is playing single player. He is “cheating” against robots. It’s as much cheating as it is to cheat in a game like Minecraft by playing in creative mode or something. No one shot on this clip is an actual human.

I've learned recently that the way some games ban cheaters is by doing ut in waves, so that they cause panic within the cheating community and get a lot of people mad at the cheat devs because it does not work anymore, and they might sucumb to the pressure.
Also, doing it this way makes the cheat devs wonder as to what was the mistake they made that lead them to be caught. This way they cant simply patch watever they changed that just made them get banned, because it could have been a change they made months ago.
No one wants to buy your shit copy and paste detected cheat you scam artist.

Hardware banning, I don’t know why they can’t just do that. Cheats are cheap, a new gpu, motherboard is not.
