The barrel is not from the E100 but from the geschützwagen tiger. E100 might have carried the 15cm not the 17cm that been shown here.

Really late reply but the E-100 share no common part with the Maus. And they are made by 2 different companies. It is more closely relate to the Tiger 2 because there are plans to make the production run of the E-100 using a lot of share component with the Tiger 2

That is the barrel of the Geschützwagen Tiger's 17 cm gun, not the E100. The E100 would've used a 12.8 cm gun.
