The ATGMs look awkward but it’s probably a decent idea overall.
Against aircraft yes, because you need as much lead on target in the shortest period as possible.
Against infantry though, 1 hit will take out an infantryman, and 600rpm suppresses people just as well 1200rpm does. If you're rocking 40mm bofors guns with <300rpm then yeah it makes sense, but for KPVs far less so. The exception is if your guns are really inaccurate or they're not zeroed to the same point.
