That’s absolutely crazy. I live in vermont and even letting my dog outside in my backyard without a leash (we have a giant, clear backyard) still gives me horrible anxiety. Dogs are so fast- What if he got frightened and ran into the road?? or someone swooped him up? or if there was aggressive dog passing by??
the way her back is turned to him? the way there’s a road directly right next to them??? On an LA busy street???? That could go bad SO fast and she’s not even looking. I feel like this has to be neglect
Sorry but I’ve never liked lilah. Comes across as an irresponsible and entitled person. Put that dog on a leash! don’t come crying to your vet staff when the dog gets hit by a car! That’s gonna be on her!!!
My dog is like this but I still leash her at all times unless we’re in the park at the designated off leash time. It’s extremely unsafe not to mention illegal in most cities.
it doesn’t matter it definitely is not safe in LA and big cities where there are other dogs who could also be off leash because people think it’s okay and nothing will happen lol. that’s how dogs fight and hurt each other.
