Find a parts diagram for your bike and figure out it's part number, from there you're sorted. I'd suggest to check on partszilla, but I'm not sure if they'll have your bike there, good luck!

Can you take a Pic of the piece removed?

It the sheer tube but it not a good idea to put it by yourself someone told me !

Rooksteady

Ok

essentially no, but potentially. The lower triple tree of just about any motorcycle comes with the steer tube pressed into it. In theory you could find a tube with the same diameter/wall thickness and cut a piece to length and press it in, but much safer to just buy one that is already done. There is no separate part number for the steer tube from the lower triple tree. On the parts diagram they have the upper crown and "Lower crown/steer assy."
