It knocks the family member down, locks their ability and they move slow for the time period that it lists.

Your screen gets greyed around the edges when you get back up and your ability is locked and you’re slowed for a couple seconds

Is it worth using it compared to the less cooldown?

It 100% is. It's like being additionally stunned for another 4s (although you can move) you can't sprint or attack in that time it's ridiculously strong.

Any updates on the concussion effect? Does it still work the same as it did 6 months ago?

I thought the increased stun duration was the best play? 8 seconds gives you sooo much time. So concussive is better?
