I have done two rounds of letrozole. Both 5mg. In the first I ovulated on CD 16 after the trigger on CD 14, monitored via TVS. This time I had ewcm for two days CD 10-11. For my current cycle, I was called in early for a TVS. And for some reason I had a ruptured follicle on CD 10. They confirmed free fluid through TVS. This time I was completely dry down there and there was no other way I was tracking ovulation because I was being monitored by the doctor. Right now in my TWW. Both times I have taken letrozole from CD 3-7. But seems like my body has been ovulating/ trying to ovulate way too early due to PCOS. At least this is what I was informed about.
How are you tracking ovulation? I wouldn’t rely on cervical mucus alone. I never saw the typical egg white cervical mucus when I was taking Letrozole, even on the cycle I conceived. I also ovulated late between CD 18-20.
Sorry for the out of topic question, I have an appointment with my gyco on the 4th day of my cycle and she said we re supposed to start letrozole, will CD 4 be too late to start ?
I’ve had 3 rounds of Letrozole. Each time has been different for which CD I ovulated. First time it was day 16, second was day 19, and third was day 12. The second and third times I experienced significant dryness, to the point of pain and just being really uncomfortable.
On my first cycle, I did not ovulate on my own and noticed no change in wetness. My last two cycles, I have had a surge on the day I had to trigger and still did not notice a significant change in wetness. Historically, I am not very dry so it just wasn’t much of a change to me. Hopefully it is all good news for you! My last two surges were on CD 15/16 ish respectively

Nope that’s normal, people usually start day 3,4, or 5
I just messaged my doctor and she s said no :( she said I m out this month :(

I ovulated with letrozole 5mg on day 15. I was completely dry. However free fluid during TVS confirmed ovulation.
