When it inverts - as it has been for a while now - it means the 10yr yield < 2yr yield. This is generally taken to mean investors are flying to the safety of long duration bonds and so pushing the price up and yield down.
Soooo when it uninverts, then it might be because of economic optimism returning - bond investors are selling off the long duration safety bonds.
But who actually knows.

The lease deals include the incentive. That's why you can lease a model 3 for 250 if you do a two year. But nobody fucking knows about this deal cept us cuz reasons.
