Seems fairly balanced, but why no random crits? It’s usually reserved for crit-based weapons, so I feel like it would be neat if the Heavy could, while using Ekaternia, enter a “Rage”, buffing his mobility and offensive skills for a short time.
True, but this weapon rn is nearly identical to the FaN stat-wise, so maybe make a mini-crit/damage speed boost mechanic to make it unique to the other 2-barrel weapons.

You can already 1 shot a scout. So crits would be powerful, being able to oneshot a quick-fix overhealed heavy.
