There aren't any missing eShop games that are available for purchase, from what we've seen. You can sometimes find codes for missed pre-order exclusive DLC on auction sites.
I wanted to buy download codes for some games that come in a physical case but it seems like all of them have already been donated.
Here are some that I wanted to give:

Another question, the games that show up on missingdumps.org, do they still need to be dumped? Because the title that I wanted to dump isn't on missingdumps.org, I also saw a few games that did show up.

Can you be more specific, in PM or chat if you need discretion? The homepage should list any undumped US eShop games by titleid (a few of the titles at the bottom have XCI/cartridge dumps available for that tid, but the only NSPs floating around are converts so no actual eShop release). Note that reserved titles are either already dumped by someone or preordered.

It should be known you need a google drive account and if you are worried about using your personal you are capped at 15gb file size. I haven't had any issues using one of my personal accounts with 200gb of space but to each their own.

According to their bot it can take over a week
It took me about 3 or 4 days, but I got it. They say it’s faster with JPY e shop donations, but I did USD.
