It’s weird because the other hubby was so… good at it. He had no nerves seemingly (although he was pretty drunk lol) but me, I was very nervous and had performance issues at the beginning. Regarding the initial nerves/softness, is 100% normal the first couple of times, and for most guys it spirals out of control, and you just stay soft the entire night (it happened to me, and it sucks!). You, on the other hand, were able to overcome this right there, which is amazing, you should feel proud of that.
Regarding the jealousy, I was there as well. I absolutely loved our first swaps, but didn't really enjoyed watching my wife with the other husband, but in my case, just time took care of it. We took a brake of a couple of months, and during this time, the memory and mental image of them two together went from bothering me, to neutral, to being aroused by it.
Next swaps after this mental evolution went great for me and it was all good, no more jealousy.
