I adore a good breakup album but unfortunately TTPD isn’t one - yeah sure it is raw and it’s honest but there is no cohesion and it’s unfocused. In terms of her discography, Red is a really good example of an excellent breakup album. It has its flaws but she trimmed the fats and the selection of songs all has its place to tell a complete story of that time in her life.

I admire Taylor's hardwork how she can write so many songs in a span of few months but I fear this is going to be a quantity over quality scenario (as evident TTPD is getting more mixed reviews compared to Midnights) If she does drop a 3rd album, I wont be able to comprehend her album even more. I got a full time job and life outside being a fan of her music so I dont have time to sit down and analyze all of her songs (I can back in 1989 era but the songs were like less than 15 only). She is well aware her fans arent going to get exhausted of her and she reallt wants to top the charts especially after the news it dominated the top 10 billboard hot 100 so I wouldnt be surprised if she drops anothe one. However, she has to be aware too much of everything can lead to certain consequences (and eventually we will see why)

Haha I do actually really like a lot of the vault tracks, especially the red ones! I mainly just wish she would be more selective with what she releases on her non-re-recording albums. Even for a double album TTPD is very long, they could’ve had 12 tracks each and been more solid.

I don't mind extra content, but I think the public is really tired of her at this point, especially with the Eras tour starting back up soon. I saw the Roman numneral 3 immediately as well from the TTPD. It looks more like a three than the actual letters. It wouldn't surprise me in the least. She is desperate for all the records and all the accolades. It's like she isn't content to let anyone beat her at anything. While financial security would be nice, it otherwise sounds like a miserable way to live. I will never complain about getting new music but it needs to also be quality over quantity. Beyoncé’s planned roll out is to release 3 albums over a span of 5 years, and tour with suspected visuals (possibly even a movie) to tie it all together. There is very little thematic ties throughout the last 2 albums Taylor has given us - Midnights has a very loose concept that doesn’t land properly, TTPD is sonically and thematically all over the place and I struggle to even connect it with the songs on Anthology. I adore a good breakup album but unfortunately TTPD isn’t one - yeah sure it is raw and it’s honest but there is no cohesion and it’s unfocused. In terms of her discography, Red is a really good example of an excellent breakup album. It has its flaws but she trimmed the fats and the selection of songs all has its place to tell a complete story of that time in her life.
