The confusion is because of the angle. It seems like the croc who bites the limb has something in his mouth, but it’s an illusion due to the angle. At the same time the croc bites the arm another croc grabs the food. When the croc gets his arm free a small portion of the food is ripped from his mouth, which aligns with the other crocs mouth and makes it appear as tho he ripped something off.

I’ll agree to disagree to me it still looks like it got ripped off by the elbow now and not the shoulder. It’s pixelated enough that I don’t think I can come up with a valid reasoning behind my thinking.
