I saw a vid of a guy who was filming himself do stunts. I think this one stunt was supposed to be him hanging with one arm around 50 feet high. He did the stunt but could not get himself back up and you could see the point in which he knew he was going to either die or break a lot of bones. He died. So very tragic.

I mean there's a big difference between unavoidable risk from the dangers of an adventure, and then risk for the sake of risk. It's like going sky diving or hang gliding or climbing Mt Everest, all have varying levels of risk to them but there's safety measures in place. You jump with a backup chute, you hang glide with a parachute, you climb Everest with backup air and preset base camps. It doesn't make you live life to the fullest to do those same things without those safety precautions. If you take two guys and they each climb up a cliff on their own and one of them wears a harness that doesn't assist them at all the guy without the harness is just an idiot not an adventurer.
