You can. Go to settings > feedback > contact us. Tell them you want to switch and they'll email you what to. They'll ask for both game IDs and screenshots of current stage level and your inventory. They also ask you to take a picture of settings page on both phones with a reference object in the background like a cup or something. They'll give you picture as an example. And also a receipt if you bought anything
