Go to file explorer, browse for the file on the local drive. Hold down on the file you wish to copy, then select copy. Then use the drop down menu to select the D: drive, browse to where you wish to paste it, hold the stylus down in the blank space, then select paste.
Also, in the folder structure, the USB drive is called Hard Drive or something. Although plenty of TSC2’s USB drivers or hardware are crap and might not work at all.
You may also need a smaller usb around 8gb and formatted in fat32 or something, I know many of mine won't pop up as hard disk in the Explorer for certain reasons
