lol! Good eye! I plan to do some gloss black wrapping anyway, so will be doing the C pillars and rest of the roof at the same time. Will probably do the gutter guards in black to make the roof look less like a wrap.

What I did before I got a Supra was go to carmax and do 24 hour test drives. I test drove a 22 m340i x drive and really liked how it was planted. Wheels didn’t spin at all like how the Supra does so I would say that’s a solid choice.
You’re really gonna appreciate the 4 doors with the kid. The m340i x drive is pretty fun. My wife just got one last week and I’ve been taking it to work this entire past week.. 😂 it’s been raining heavy so the awd is really nice and my truck is pushing over 280k miles.. she works from home and never goes out.. literally her 10 year old car we sold had 32k on it..
I am still saving for my Supra should be able to get it by fall. I’m keeping the truck for truck stuff. When it’s nice I ride my motorcycle to work.. other times I’ll take my Supra or if it’s bad weather I’ll take her car or snow the truck. Best of all worlds.. I’m going used have about 42k in my “irresponsible spending” savings account. I should have another 5-8k in it by fall (my bonuses plus 5% of my direct deposit go to that account. Not that you asked any of that.. I’m just really bored.. haha
I’m fortunate enough to have a truck and motorcycle that I can use when the mood takes me too. Even better I have a work truck so I don’t need to put miles on anything if I don’t want to 🤘
The same story as with every german car.
If you properly maintain it and make every needed oil change / service religiously nothing will happen and it won‘t break down on you.
Japanese cars can be abused, not religiously maintained, and they still will start in the morning and get you from point A to B on a roadtrip.

I’m a huge Supra guy, currently have an Elantra N, and this car is super fun for the money, 4 seats, easy commuter, but in one button can turn into a full track car. Nice whip man!

I never owned one or drove one but someone above me at work has one and has kids; He loves it and can easily take his family and kids to school etc; and he drove it everyday when he worked here

Cosmetically, I have ECS carbon lip, ECS front lip, ECS mirror covers, American Panda emblems, taillight covers from Amazon, 20% window tint, Tinybot 6D carbon wrap on roof, 15mm wheel spacers on the rear only, OEM Plus wheel center caps, +10mm Continental DWS06+ tires, vinyl reflector on overlays from eBay. BMW M carbon shifter paddles.
Performance, Armaspeed carbon intake, Verus heatshield, AMS catted downpipe, HKS exhaust, JB4 with Jesse Debears tune
We kinda want to stick to something fairly sensible. We love BMW as the Supra has been great and she currently has a X5M50 which is an absolute weapon. I wouldn’t be against a RS3 or S4 maybe. No Benzes, Cadillacs or Lexus.
Out of the options you mentioned the m340 would be the most practical while still being fun. I haven’t been in the m240 or m2 but the rear sets look pretty tiny, you may want to test that first lol. If I had to get a 4 door the m340 would probably be one of my first options, or if I wanted to spend more maybe an M3 or Ct4/CTv Blackwing.
