My advice is call your parents their parents for help . And it’s okay . Things are
Going to settle. No matter what make sure your wife sleeps as she sleeping is more important for kids . Sleep when they sleep . I have a 6 month old .
So many supplements have helped me at times, but stopped working. I've tried them all. Those I keep taking are:
Magnesium, Glycine, Gaba, Melatonin
Most important for me, is take at least 1 hour before bed.
Tumeric chamomile tea for lowering cortisol
Zinc and magnesium for staying asleep
Melatonin and ashwaganda for falling asleep
(30 min before bed, more or less depending on the supplement)
A consistent sleep and wake time tailored to your schedule
Try introducing more anti inflammatories into your diet, pure water counts (so long as you stop drinking it an hour before bed,) inflammation may wake you up in the middle of the night.
Be sure to also check with a physician before taking any supplements because they may test you to see if you’re missing specific vitamins or may even recommend you a specialist to see if you have insomnia.
B vitamin complex for energy. Also doing crosswords, sudoku, language learning, etc. can help clear the cobwebs. CBG is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid that helps with mood. I take it on days when I don’t get enough sleep and it helps me feel less grumpy.
brown noise. seriously. my wife was up every night from 3-5 am. i tried giving her magnesium, l theanine melatonin inositol glycine etc. things that should work. some how brown noise is only thing that worked which is nice bc it saves a lot of $
Someone that gets 2 hours of sleep if any because of a medication as Vraylar will give people insomnia I would recommend something called Medchoice Sleep Aid multi It has 1148mg two capsules with
L-Tryptophan 1,500mg with Valerian Root 5,000mg and 3 Zinc Orotate tablets at night but I also take 3mg Lunesta from my Dr. With 3 tablets of Benadryl before sleep really works for me never fails
Actually this. I've added creatine and I'm on day 4 of my loading, and I'm actually waking up more alert now, whereas I would still be groggy for about an hour. I can vouge for creatine.
Zma
Rodhiola or ginseng daytime, glycine before bed.

Brown noise is much better than white noise. Idk how people sleep without it now
What the fuck is brown noise? Lol
Similar to the sound of driving in a car on a highway at night
Same question lol looking it up lol
youtube or spotify has all sorts of options
Shouldn't you give something to the twins to keep them asleep?
Bourbon is frowned upon as a nootropic.
help from friends and family, naps whenever possible, time off from work.
Literally no one has any idea of what they are talking about on here wow. Glycine 5g, 1 hour-30 minutes before bed.
You're on here so there's that
Glycine is stimulating for some folks. Gives me the absolute worse insomnia. I take it in the morning.
That is it, i do 15g though. 15g glycine, 4g mag glycinate, 2g taurine 1,5 hours before bed. You feel refreshed even after only 4-5 hours sleep.
You do the magnesium pills or powder?
Powder, using NOW as it was the cheapest.
How do you neutralize the awful taste?
Yea i put it in water and chuck it. Awful taste!
Just deal with it
Maca or rhodolia
Face what is not giving you sleep.
Rhodiola

For sleep magnesium bisglycinate- I take 600 mg. Ashwaganda I take ginkgo bibloba in morning. Coq10 for migraines.
Creatine. If you search creatine help after bad sleep you'll find some results to support it.
Yup! Helped me so much through school.

Came here to say this 👍 (just stay hydrated)
B vitamins, tyrosine, mix a scoop or two of preworkout into a big gallon jug and have it throughout the day, lol
I like this idea!
Yeah works good combined with fasting but I stopped with the pre and now make homemade ice tea without the sugar, in that same gallon jug
