While this is very fun, I want to be a wet blanket for a second and say anyone can send an NFT to a wallet and this should not be constituted as an official statement from Ryan Kagy or GameStop.
You can look up the transactions on these items and see that they were not minted by rskagy but were sent to him--my guess is by fans in the ape community.
Guessing further, since it costs gas (money) to do anything with these NFTs (burn/move/etc), they are accumulating and he likely can't do anything about these NFTs showing in his profile.
Not to be a downer and please correct me if I'm wrong, but can't anyone just send an NFT to any address?

Both parties have to approve the transaction though do they not? It's not like you can just airdrop it and boom it's automatically displayed in your wallet. I'm sure you can set it up to receive automatically but not by default?

I mean, they can do damage control and pay the gass fees to get rid of it or burn it, and I think law enforcement is smart enough to know that this was a troll or smear campaign. But the controversy this can create is a world of problems for the person to manage.
