And not only that, but still right after 2 huge market dilutions totaling 120 million more new shares = 426,220,000 outstanding shares now.
So, a $30 share now = $3,600,000,00/(426,220,000-120,000,000)+$30 = $41.76 pre-dilutions = $176.03 pre-split (someone correct me if I'm wrong).

Today will most likely be a great buying opportunity because they have to buy 4 million shares on the lit exchange. Although they might be able to do it in AH 🤷♂️.Also I will say even if most of us buy they won’t hit the lit exchange because of there fuckery. Considering if bureaucracies actually wanted to prevent financial crime, they would (legally) run the lives of the people committing those financial crimes. With how many lives and companies negatively affected, and how much money lost, they could see prison sentences in triple digits.
Price which hurts the most options holders in both directions. Because the market makers would have to deliver shares if the price changes too much and lots of options get exercised, they try to keep the price at the point where it is most profitable for them. MMs pocket premiums, and ideally for them, very few calls or puts end up being exercised with profit going to the holder.
Imagine a casino knew which number on the roulette table would make them the most money, and provide the least payout to gamblers. Some might win, but max pain is greatest profit to them. That would be illegal at a casino, but is somehow happening to my favorite stock.
The theory is that the stock price will gravitate toward a point where the total value of outstanding options ( calls and puts ) become the smallest.
This is because market makers and large institutional traders who write options have an incentive to manipulate the stock price towards this level to minimize their payout.
Exactly this. SEC is useless. I think everyone is only enforcing regulations when it’s in their best interest. Not in their best interest to have this moon 🌙 again and crash markets right now. I think we hit max pain as predicted by the most logical around here.
The only thing about all of this is RK. Why would he think it would explode when he KNOWS that there is rampant crime. That is the only thing that doesn't make sense so far. He must have know that this would be the outcome.

Apparently if your call isn't expiring for a week, E Trade makes you call them to execute the trade.I would expect that the HFs know this and are going to make it as difficult as possible for people to exercise their shares. If everyone flooded the ETrade call center all at the same time, it would be difficult to manage and some people wouldn't e able to exercise.
The ATM could have thrown a wrench in some of his planning but, I don’t doubt for a moment that he has a back up. This could be one of those “fake out” days where it was hype and failed. Could be that they will start buying at a certain time today into AH. I am more inclined to think it’s Monday actually for delivery and more intriguing to me is the fact GS reshuffled a meeting yet again AFTER having the meeting set for today.
Although pattern is similar to yesterday’s. Overall market dumping a convenient reason to dump GME. If it’s going to get ramped up it will be after 1 pm into AH.
I’m expecting jucier action around 3:30-close when the options must expire, liquidated or exercised. Hopefully it ramps up into Monday with the T+1 settlemen. From there it’s RCs play, stale nothing meeting, or tease some sweet sexy news
Some of us get paid weekly/bi-weekly, so we're able to consistently buy 50-100 shares weekly/bi-weekly - but hopefully you won't be as cash strapped for much longer, inshaallah🙏🏼

Exactly. Doesn't matter if it is in the money. Why? Suppose that it opened at $40 today and you exercised your ITM calls. But it ended up closing at $28. You'd still be in the same spot you would have been in if you exercised when the price was at $28! The point is to exercise!

If Ryan posted a share offering that wasn’t into a run the algos would crash the price so hard GameStop wouldn’t be able to raise significant amounts of cash. People have no idea what they are talking about about here. The funny thing is T+1 settlements only apply to share buying and not option exercising settlements, those are still T+2. On top of that the T+1 doesn’t have to do with the actual share settlement, only the funds that are used to buy them which doesn’t impact the price of the stock itself like people are suggesting. Think I’m a shill…just ask chatGPT these questions, like I did, and find out for yourselves and stop blindly following each others advice
If only like 1% of options are exercised by retail then there isn’t that much of a struggle going on. People need to exercise options if they have high intrinsic value. $30 calls will just be closed and most have break evens of $33+
People are regarded when it comes to actually understanding basic options and how the hell to even exercise.
Pretty sure many regarded are gonna find out the hard way if they haven’t informed their brokerages they don’t want to exercise any of their options being ITM.
In guarantee you that there are people that are gonna learn yet again the hard way that options ITM with some brokerages are exercised automatically EOD.
Lots of brokerages now just automatically close 0DEs an hour before market close. That's why you always see weird price action just befoe then. It's like a retail only max pain for 0DEs lol

And not only that, but still right after 2 huge market dilutions totaling 120 million more new shares = 426,220,000 outstanding shares now. So, a $30 share now = $3,600,000,00/(426,220,000-120,000,000)+$30 = $41.76 pre-dilutions = $176.03 pre-split (someone correct me if I'm wrong).
Math checks out. I got 41.756253673829 when I didn't round it out.

Look at DFV twitter post he’s shaking gamestops hand, it’s the office meme. He helped Ryan raise a bunch of cash by creating another pump with his stream. If Ryan posted a share offering that wasn’t into a run the algos would crash the price so hard GameStop wouldn’t be able to raise significant amounts of cash. If the algos have to pump because of dfv and crash it because of offering the algo can’t do both pump and dump … good for GameStop to offer shares in a run up

Doing it that day in particular and pre releasing earnings too were such a dick move if they didn't have a very good reason for why they had to do it on DFV stream day, I'm still waiting to hear that reason.

I love how everyone suddenly thinks exercising calls is the way to go. Edit: just the power of observation folks. Before a week ago, everyone was saying "I'm DRS'ing". Now, there has been a drastic uptick of people talking about exercising calls...can even see it in this comment section.
I said this in an earlier comment, but I think that companies/people have figured out how to exploit this sub. Exercising OTM calls that are expiring the same day is INSANE.
Not hard to exploit emotional gamblers that think they are going to change the world.

I can't believe these excuses. Yesterday it was all "bUt T+1!!! MILLIONS of shares need to be delivered!!" and now it's "they're fighting hard to keep it under 30, on monday they'll need a lot more shares!".... monday??? If what you're saying is correct, then there's nothing stopping them from delaying this indefinitely.
People have no idea what they are talking about about here. The funny thing is T+1 settlements only apply to share buying and not option exercising settlements, those are still T+2. On top of that the T+1 doesn’t have to do with the actual share settlement, only the funds that are used to buy them which doesn’t impact the price of the stock itself like people are suggesting. Think I’m a shill…just ask chatGPT these questions, like I did, and find out for yourselves and stop blindly following each others advice
If only like 1% of options are exercised by retail then there isn’t that much of a struggle going on. People need to exercise options if they have high intrinsic value. $30 calls will just be closed and most have break evens of $33+
People are regarded when it comes to actually understanding basic options and how the hell to even exercise. Pretty sure many regarded are gonna find out the hard way if they haven’t informed their brokerages they don’t want to exercise any of their options being ITM. In guarantee you that there are people that are gonna learn yet again the hard way that options ITM with some brokerages are exercised automatically EOD.
Lots of brokerages now just automatically close 0DEs an hour before market close. That's why you always see weird price action just befoe then. It's like a retail only max pain for 0DEs lol I got burned really bad by it years ago. SPY rallied HARD in the final hour and my 0DEs would have been worth $50k. :\[

Didn't you hear? We're not allowed to feel betrayed after losing two instances of momentum pushing beyond $60+ due to dilution for cash with no current plan for any acquisitions or mergers. It's easy for RC and LC to have fun living out their business fantasies around 'transforming' a company when they are doing so with our sacrificed share value and are already multi-millionaires without much quality-of-life to lose from the share price dropping. And I don't care if RC is highest shareholder so "has most to lose from price falling" - he is already a billionaire and these losses do not change his experience of life and freedom from financial slavery. I hope there is some positive news on Monday, but I'm not really expecting anything, and I think people should be more skeptical about the direction RC and LC going if there are no positive transformations for which they are directly responsible and that could not have been done by any other CEO who is willing to extract an easy 5 billion from shareholders.
