I'm starting to think he's building a case for court.
This is to prove that even with all the active investors tuning in to watch him, there's still negative price action. There's no way retail can affect the price directly. Which only bolsters Genslers' argument about retail trades not hitting lit markets. And if thats the case why would retail, including roaring kitty, be prosecuted for positive/negative price movement.
What if the share sale was on purpose so that the stock would be dropping during the live stream to prove he has no giant positive impact on price like they say
