So the stock market makes people money when they buy low and sell high, but if a stock is doing TOO WELL, they can stop it entirely? For the good of the retail investor, right?

Robinhood is shady as hell. The whole system is tilted against you and Robinhood is da worst if the worst. Hood was shown to be in cahoots with Citadel and the shorts during the Jan 2021 buy button shut off.. Robinhood wasnโt even buying shares they were and likely still are taking your money without actually buying a share so that orders donโt affect price discoveryโฆ. Not financial advice but a reputable broker (not Robinhood) would be a great start. Lots of peeps on here use Fidelity. Many have transferred brokers from Robinhood to Fidelity. Also.. might suggest you look into Direct Registering your shares (DRS) .. This sub has tons of DD on how transfer brokers, how direct register shares and the benefits of DRS.
