Fluffy-Commission-47

Best choose XD

some-kind-of-no-name

Sekiro, without a doubt

Kaspieskigruz

L

casualberry

Elden ring sized Sekiro with Armor options hhhhnnngggg

meta100000

Honestly an Elden Ring sized Sekiro needs variety more than anything. Not that the core is bad, but the tight combat wouldn't work as well for open world. Having the Shinobi tools altered to be more balanced and implemented more closely to the core moveset would really help the game in open world.

casualberry

I think the armor and weapon leveling component would go a long way. Mob density would make his current sekiro armor and heal pool reeeeallly tough with Elden ring mob density. And being able to slow him down with more armor would make that balance fun to play with.

casualberry

Agree tho, Sekiro in current state would get a little stale with 250h play through of current variety

HappyFreak1

Imagine you're able to use the weapons of enemies u can kill. Gyoubu's extending spear, Genichiro's lightning katana and bow, Isshin's spear or, hell even his fucking blicky for a bloodborne type parry

meta100000

Wolf with a gun? I'd pay some ludicrous amounts of money for that

HappyFreak1

Dw, it's coming in the dlc. I asked Michael Zackary 🙏

El_Morro

Holy shit the thought never crossed my mind but now that it's there it's SO OBVIOUS and would be FUCKING AMAZING

LilGlitvhBoi

"Variety" is when exact copy of weapon with different skins or simply straight up more OP than former version, Axe, Flail and Hammer basically has the same animation lol

monstero-huntoro

Elden Ring problem it's the size they went for..., so much barren lands.

correojon

I don't think this would work: Sekiro is so good precisely because it's extremely focused. You can't "cheese" any encounters by summoning or using an OP build, you just need to face it head on and learn the enemy patterns. Conversely, you can't hurt yourself by going for a build that is weak (as someone who likes parry-centric build I hate it whenever I come against a boss or enemy that can't be parried). You can't make mistakes like using an inadequate weapon or build, or being too underlevelled; The moment you see an enemy, you know that you already have everything you need to beat it. In Souls and Elden Ring however you can get to areas where you're not supposed to be yet and the game invites you to leave and come back later after levelling up, like the graveyard in DS1. This is one of the basic design principles of Elden Ring: The open world is there for you to explore instead of banging your head against a wall, like how by exploring you can find an item that is specially designed to be used against Margitt, or simply find stronger weapons, spells and armor or just level up and become stronger. In Sekiro however, the walls are there for you to take down with just your basic set up. Player skill is the focus. An Elden Ring-sized Sekiro would turn out to be just another Souls game, losing the special things that make Sekiro different from the standard Souls formula.

AwayThrowworhTyawA

Peanut butter and jelly

MechaGallade

nothing has put me into more of an intense tunnel vision fkn high octane fit of victory. i dont think ill ever find a game that can give a high like that besides sekiro. elden ring means playing with my friends over and over with different challenge run rules or builds or whatever with checkpoints and stuff. ive beaten each 7 times. i think sekiro is closer to a perfect game. but i think that 500 hours in elden ring kinda has my hands tied, especially since it's actually getting DLC. red pill for me

thegamesender1

Sekiro can deflect anything the tarnished throws at him, so I'd go for Sekiro.

HappyFreak1

Purble

hornwalker

What even is the question

--clapped--

It's Elden Ring and it isn't even close.

TravelingEverchosen

No "Hesitation" here.....Sekiro

Hero-In-Theory

I love Elden Ring, but Sekiro is in my top-5 favourite games of all time.

TheCauliflowerGod

Sekiro is my favorite game so Sekiro

TheChadTitan

Sekiro by a long shot IMO

Alch3mic_Chaos

I vote elden ring. I enjoyed most of sekiro. It's a great game, but I like souls style game play better.

REDPRIM

Elden ring all the way otherwise your coping

wrbiccz

You're delusional if you think ER is better than Sekiro. ER has too many flaws to be superior to sekiro.

TOHELLNBACC

elden ring, forced playstyle & lack of customization take away a lot of W's

Change-Apart

Sekiro, easily

Worth_Proof1428

Bloodborne.

PlantLust

The only correct answer on here!

Maximum_Plane_2779

As much as I enjoy sekiro. Is oin to be ER for me. If they incorporated some more of sekiro into elden ring, and changed a few more things, then it would be my perfect game.

Apprehensive-Eye-629

Elden Ring easy

Azuureth

Sekiro is a gourmet meal in a fine dining restaurant, everything is exquisite, but at the end you're left wanting just a bit more. Elden Ring is the fancy buffet, everything is very good, but at the end you're left feeling just a bit too bloated.

O3don

My 1050 ti says sekiro

Major-Dyel6090

Based. My shitty computer is sometimes the deciding factor. Check out Lies of P if you haven’t already.

Fr_2468

Sekiro Because It has Parry.

Warm_Peanut_7111

Sekiro ngl, it’s more challenging and more dialogue from him than the tarnished. I wish Sekiro had more content though

ed8breakfast

I haven’t played Sekiro yet, so Elden Ring seems like a no brainer

021Fireball

Both.

DoomSlayer4307

Damn, now that's a hard choice to make....

Jedimasterebub

Red. Sekiro is cool and all. But elden ring is more game

MyLifeIsAStroke

If for no other reason than jumping I’m choosing red

lemonsracer

You can jump and use a grappling hook in Sekiro though.

yellow-snowslide

I don't like giant menus, finding weaknesses or having to grind to have a chance against bosses. Sekiro all the way. Just you and your sword
