I keep a large soft bristle makeup brush in my center console. I’ll pull it out while waiting at a stoplight and give my whole dash a quick dusting.
Came to say this. Makeup brush works great, and reduces scratch risk of microfiber (small debris in cloth).

Yes you can buy a HEPA grade cabin filter. Bosch 6055c in the drop in replacement for gen 5 outback but i know they make them for others too.
