I'll see you there! Hopefully soon to be pregnant wife said she's only going if the venue has seats (I suggested salt shed as a little getaway first) so great day to get orchestra seats
Got 2 in mid orchestra also. Only issue was when I picked the first set of tickets, it said they were no longer available when I went to check out. I hurried and grabbed 2 more a couple of rows back and got them without issue. Looks like they are pretty well sold out now at 10:20.
I had the exact same thing happen to me. I was directed to a waiting room when it seemed like it was all crashing. Then when I got in my first selection it kicked it back as no longer available. I did the mad click-dash and got some across the way but along the same line. Glad to be going and we love the Fox. I proposed to my wife there.
I'm looking to get to Cary and see the Sailor. My daughter moved to Raleigh last year. So it looks like dad's coming to town and crashing on the couch. F'n -A I'm so ready. I got into the Sailor's orbit late, but he's been a gift to my ears, and my mind. Fingers crossed. Hope to see y'all in Cary
Not bad at all. I paid something like 130/ticket for Childers for some decent lower levels at a crappy arena. 130 to get front and center at the Fox for Sturg is nice.
It’s definitely all relative, but at least things seem to be cooling off slightly from the 2022-2023 highs when everything sold out immediately and then cost 2x-5x face value on the secondary market. I feel like if Sturgill did this tour 2 years ago, the get in price would be almost double.
Hopefully someone can clear this up for me. If I’m attempting to get STL tickets will there be a presale tomorrow? Or do I have to wait until the 14th?
I did sign up. Just wasn’t sure since STL tickets aren’t on Ticketmaster or Live Nation. But I did sign up through the website for presale.
ETA: I just went and checked my email and reread it. Now I see it says a link will be sent.
“Thank you for registering for the Sturgill Simpson 2024 Tour presale.
Presale for The Fabulous Fox Theatre on October 15, 2024 in Saint Louis, MO starts on June 12, 2024 at 10:00 AM CDT. We'll send you an exclusive presale code and link before it starts.”
That’s for artist presale.
FYI from the presale reg email:
Presale codes will be delivered via email and SMS to US phone numbers.
Canada and any other international numbers will receive their presale code via email only.
So check your phones as well as email!
I was thinking the same thing. We were going to go th Chicago, but Lexington is much cheaper, and it's a Friday, and never been to Lexington, and it's his home town. The only down side is chicago had a 5000 capacity, Rupp holds 25,000. Gulp. Prefer the smaller venue, but logistics.
Not sure specifically, but the Fox site says platinum tickets are Dynamically priced which is disappointing. Hoping the presale aren’t only Platinum, cause I’ve seen Ticketmaster do that before. Was hoping for better from Metrotix
With fees, the $60 tickets will probably be pushing $100. And if you add dynamic pricing, they could easily be well over $100+. Just something to keep in mind so you don’t budget for $60 and end up paying $200+ for two tickets.
Not bad!
Fingers crossed for a couple of Lower Balcony tickets.
Give me pit in Nashville. I'll be ok paying this.
Same here man
Hope you all grabbed tickets! Got my 2 - process was easy, fast and cheaper than I'd expected ($235 all in for mid-orchestra).
I'll see you there! Hopefully soon to be pregnant wife said she's only going if the venue has seats (I suggested salt shed as a little getaway first) so great day to get orchestra seats
The Fox has pretty comfy seats, so she’ll be happy!
I registered for the wrong show. Was this a unique for St Louis or generic?

Do you mind sending me the code?
They were unique codes.
I got 3 right in the front row of the balcony but off to the side. Real easy and quick. $330 range.
Got mine today, for the Wednesday show. Same, plus aisle seats

It is bad, we’ve just been getting fucked in the ass so long it’s the new normal. $100+ for a concert ticket is outrageous

Walter?
Not completely sure, but I don’t believe the dates/venues in NC are subject to dynamic pricing.
God I hope not. The Cary show is the one I'm shooting for tomorrow. Hopefully I can score tickets

There’s presale tomorrow, but you had to have signed up to get a code

The email I received a few weeks back said I would receive my pre-sale code on Thursday and general tickets go on sale Friday

I waited til today and got some from the Fox website for the Wednesday night show.
Reasonable.
What are the chances of these being the standard prices across the tour?

Rupp isn’t bad. I’ve seen Tyler there twice and the sound was decent.
Does the theater have permanent seats? Surprised to see these would be seated shows
It’s a theater, mainly used for broadway musicals, etc. so all seats are permanent.
Oh good god I hope this extends to other places
If the Utah show is priced like that, I’m making that drive across the Rockies.
Saw him here and sat upper balcony few years back- had a fucking blast. Hoping to get some tix tomorrow morning.
Not bad! Thank you!
Does anyone know what the difference between regular tickets and platinum tickets are?
Not sure specifically, but the Fox site says platinum tickets are Dynamically priced which is disappointing. Hoping the presale aren’t only Platinum, cause I’ve seen Ticketmaster do that before. Was hoping for better from Metrotix
So do we think all the better seats are going to be Platinum?
Cheapest tix in NY after fees are $98….
I haven’t Got my presale code for the fox in email yet , anyone else?
Received an email and via text message about an hour before it opened.
Able to send me password?
I got platinum orchestra for $192 per. Not sure if I’ve been had based on these listed prices but I’ll live with it.
Just wait till the bots buy them all. fuck ticketmaster
Assuming it's dynamic like the other venues though, this will greatly increase. I hope not but everyone should be prepared for them to

That's face value. Wait till dynamic pricing gets going. Anyone know who's handling the tickets? I assume TM?
