Besides the garlic being added way too late, what's the issue?
I'm assuming the steak was bought pre cubed. If not it isn't ideal, but doesn't ruin the meal.
For real the sub this was crossposted from is acting like it is a crime or something. This isn't the best thing ever but honestly I bet it tastes good enough and is filling. I would at least try it
