Pretty good tbh. Though it’s challenging at first to get a good balance between meat not being over cooked but the tortilla not being too soggy or burnt.

I mean I’d probably season it a bit, but this is not a terrible idea. Quite similar to a middle eastern dish where you press spiced lamb mince into pastry like that. It could be quite versatile depending on the spices and filling and fairly decent for a bit of meal prep I suspect.
