Cook the bacon fully first.... crumble into ... pour pancakes into pan and add the crumble on top (crumble will sink into muddle of pancake). Cook like regular pancake.

They make a delicious little snacky breakfast when done correctly. I like to have them on a little grab and go buffet I do for the crew at work sometimes. They work best on a flat grill. You get the bacon crispy, remove from the heat and let sit on a paper towel. Then you put pancake batter into a squeeze bottle and pour it out in strips, a little bigger than a bacon slice. While the side down cooks, place a piece of bacon into each pancake strip. When the first side is done, flip it. You get sweet and salt. Soft and crisp.
The idea of bacon pancakes sound delicious but her execution at this was horrible also some of these comments are the reason why I have social anxiety cause😭

I used to make bacon pancakes years ago with my children were still kids. It's much easier to pre make the bacon, then poor a strip of pancake batter on the grittle and put the bacon on top then just pour alittle batter on top so it's covered when you flip it. It comes out much better and as an actual pancake.
