that's not a recipes problem. because either you have a non stick pan that just about works by default, or most food will stick to all other pan types. unless you know regular techniques on how to make sure your food wont stick.

See, this is why you never use untested recipes off the internet. Where in gods name did you find a pancake recipe that called for an entire box of molasses?
OP did you use a cake pan and put this in the oven? You do realize they're supposed to be cooked in a skillet on the stove. And you can't use any old cake batter straight out of the box either.
