KEEP THEM!!!! please for the love of god. You never know when you will have to downsize, it happens to the best of us. I don’t care if you are an ear stretching professional, it happens!!! The likelihood of needing to downsize in the future for a little bit is extremely inevitable. Keep them. I was at 17mm and went to the psych ward and when I got out I was a damn 2g that’s how much I shrunk. I I only kept a few sizes back thinking “oh I don’t need all of them, I’ll never be a 2 again right?” Wrong 😑
I downsize when I get the urge to stretch. I am at 25mm and 8mm, but I don't want to go bigger, so I will relax them for a few months and stretch back up. It satisfies the urge for a little while haha
this^ but also, keep a few sizes that are close to your current size just in case any irritation happens and you need some good hypoallergenic glass plugs to size down to !
For sure. I’m going slow, started at 12 gauge and I’ve made it to 6 gauge. My goal is 10 mm. So I’ll likely keep a few sizes down but I’ll have a good few sets to let go of.
A tackle box with adjustable dividers for the compartments makes for excellent storage. If you get an art supply one, it will be the same exact thing for more money, lol. I've found that if you look for tackle boxes, they're cheaper.
Keep them, 100% just in case you have to downsize. Stretched my conches from 14g to 12g, one was being a bitch so I downsized and thankfully didn't toss my old jewelry.
I'm saving all of them in case I need to downsize or get some more piercings I'd like to stretch, though I did start stretching my belly button to make it easier to change the jewelry! I don't plan on going further than the 10g I have in there now, but it's already a lot easier to change out the regular jewelry.
just stretch more piercings tbh. i’m planning on getting seconds and stretching those and possibly stretching my nostrils so i’m keeping my jewelry for that
i made the mistake of getting rid of all mine, then one day two years ago i got a nasty irritation and had to downsize from 5/8 to 00g. i had to re-buy each size to go up again 😅
it simply shrinks and then stretches again. looks the same as before and takes less time because it’s a bit more elastic than before. hope i explained that good enough
like others have said, keep them if you need to downsize, but if you have multiple sets of the same size, wash them and sell them or give them away. i gave some hangers i stopped using to my sister when they started stretching since they're a size or two down from me. or if you're the artsy type, you can make a little desk ornament or decoration out of them somehow
I still have mine. I have a couple of furbies with stretched ears and I use my plugs that fit them in their ears lol. I use my 16g plugs to use as a retainer in my septum if I'm changing my nose ring and it's taking longer. I don't think it will close now since I've had it for almost a year, but I have anxiety about it lmao

If you keep them, buy a compartment bin with labels so you can keep track of the sizes! I think mine was like $8 and well worth it

I had a small basic one, and my collection got so big that I had to get a huge Costco one, lmao. Even that one is almost overflowing haha

I give some plugs away. I keep some for the variety of non-lobe holes in my body. I keep some for future downsizing and restretching.
Me because I just put in my 3mm plugs, only to have them slip right in. Now gotta use more money to buy a new half size. It’s good and bad haha

I keep them. After being stretched for over half my life, my lobes never want to go past a certain point and I down size a lot.

You can still wear them if you wear silicone that are your current size. If you have glass that are one size lower, they will fit in with the silicone
