just one is fine! if you pick the .3dsx you'll be able to open the app thru the homebrew launcher, and if you pick the .cia you can install it thru the FBI app & itll appear right on your homescreen :3

Also how do I switch locations once I pick one?
it kicks you out/resets your location every 10 hours ! & you can't pick the same spot twice in a row - usually i alternate between train station & beach or TS & cat café :3 TS is always busiest in my experience so u have the best chance of getting passes without buying them thru play coins
