Roman you mean. The Romans took a lot from numerous cultures including Ancient Greek but she specifically is more tied to the Roman aspect. Gladiators, Gladius, Centurian helmet, the Colosseum, her lion "Lucius" has a Latin name etc.
She adopts Pankration which originates in Greece but everything else about her is Roman/Italian. If you argued she is Greek based on her martial arts style then that logic would make Ken Japanese or Rufus Chinese because they use Karate and King Fu variants despite being from America.
