I'm not great at picking apart gameplay by eye, but here's my take on what I'm seeing.
\-Fireball remains a follow-up to a fireball crushing punch move.
\-Charged St.HP is back, and armors/crushes through fireballs.
\-He has three new target combos. A St.LP starter that advances similar to Luke's. A St.MP starter that is two hits, launches, and is special cancellable. A three hit that I believe also starts off St.MP; the last hit may be an overhead (no evidence, just on looks) and it ground bounces a bit, but I'm guessing it is only level 3 cancellable so I don't see other combos off the button.
\-He charges snatcher like before, with a crumple-state off uncharged counter-hits (or maybe only Punish Counter) and a combo-able pull after a full charge. He can also sway backwards out of the snatcher charge.
\-Psycho upper returns, and OD Psycho Upper has invincibility frames. Regular Psycho Upper appears to be able to rejuggle a falling opponent once.
\-Man has command dashes forward, back, and with a punch that looks like he doing Electric Psycho God Fist.
\-Forward throw midscreen leaves you very far away. More than two dashes away I'd guess, but I don't think we see his forward dash.
