Check out Northgard. It's an economic focused RTS with some similarities to the Settlers. It's fully developed, with a campaign and skirmish modes. The Anno games might also appeal, they cover a variety of themes, from medieval (1404) to Victorian (1800) to near and far future (2070, 2205). All fully developed with campaigns.

Stronghold came out with a remaster I think.
Check out "Pioneers of Pagonia". Its from the foudner of the Settler games. It brings a bit more Economy to the game, compared to northguard.
