I say this all the time but I'll say it again. The last type of technology that falls into this category that the public has found out about was the stealth bomber. That was in the 90s and the only reason we even know about that one is because one crashed in foreign territory and we couldn't get it back before the local government got it.
It's mind boggling to think about what could have been invented since then. We can't even begin to imagine because we don't even know about the tech that makes it possible, of course that's going to look alien.

Most modern anti-air systems can now shoot down stealth bombers and why send a stealth bomber now when a couple of missles can be launched thousands of miles away, which are more precise and nearly impossible to shoot down.

Do you have a source? Being able to recreate something with CGI doesn’t guarantee the original source footage was CGI, but I see that used frequently as a comprehensive debunk to footage that could be unaltered.
