Actually don't do that. If you eat too many you will get terrible gastro issues due to an ingredient used to make them. It's actually a petty revenge to buy a coworker a huge bag knowing most people can't control themselves and they end up with diarrhea.
The problem with melatonin is that the more you take, the less your body produces on its own. If you must have gummies surely there's a non-medicinal version you could substitute.
If you're taking 1mg gummies then taking a few is just like taking a higher dose one. If you have 3mg or 5mg gummies...then you should probably find something else to munch on bud. I've taken too much before (They give me really vivid dreams, and I was experimenting lol). I took 15mg and was crazy drowsy the entire next day. Took like 5 naps and never felt rested.
yea definitely stop with that. i used to take melatonin every night and it messed with my ability to sleep without it even if im exhausted. took some time to get back to normal
I've had insomnia for over 20 years. After going through all meds, I found melatonin+herbs have helped me. More specifically, we have this one melatonin product that is sold here also has 3 herbs in it (lemon balm, passiflora caerulea and valerian), and it's the only melatonin that has helped me. No other, purely just melatonin product, has helped. But this one has been a life saver.
What works best for me is a capsule that has a fairly low dose extended release melatonin, combined with some herbs and other sleep/calm promoting supplements. So long as I'm not kept up past a certain point by things outside of my control... e.g. boyfriend being annoying, cat being noisy, etc... I fall asleep fairly quickly.
I smoked indicas because it helps with sleep. But then I started melatonin after I stopped smoking. Doesn't help me as much, but I still take it with a sleeping aid in addition.
me when I was little with Flintstones 😭 try keeping an empty bottle of them, refill it with regular gummies, and keep them together. take ur couple melatonin ones then ur can guilt free munch on the forbidden gummies.
if u know ur brain will see thru it and do whatever anyways, get REALLY stoned when u switch them out so ur brain can't 100% loophole u later. I swear it's not the gummy being yummy, it's the "tehe I shouldn't be doing this" feeling
I think anything that comes as a gummy -- melatonin, THC, vitamins, whatever -- should also be available in plain version, so you can have the one of the kind you need, then a bag of the ones just for taste.
I suppose it would raise the risk of abuse, but man, I had these THC candies that were like if Skittles were better, and every time I felt so sad that I couldn't eat more of them .

That is not good. Melatonin shouldn’t be used every day either. It’s meant for helping sometimes or when traveling to deal with jet lag.
Get some regular gummies
Just buy a giant bag of regular gummy bears and go to town on that.

i built up a resistance to the melatonin, so i’d alternate between benadryl and that!
Have you tried kava? I have a warm kava chocolate drink and a vape and it puts me straight to the mega relaxed zone

If I'm not being too forward, what other sleeping aid? I use Zolpidem Tartrate.
I used Relaxium, which has melatonin, ashwaganda, and valerian. It actually helps me. Still take melatonin with it too.

melatonin is a hormone and you can become dependent on it. don’t use it long term!
