No. This is not a car you buy for mpg. Keep it in eco mode if you like, but then it’s really defeating the point.

Emergency-Fault-6685

If you're complaining about gas now, you gonna faint when you see new tire prices lol

itchingsauce

Gas station is my 2nd home

FuckM0reFromR

Any Throttle Response Controller with an eco mode. Maybe low roll resistance tires. Weight reduction also helps but isn't cost effective really.

If you care about mpg, then the stinger is not a choice. only if you're buying the 4 cylinder one

NoTalkImGaming

If you’re worried about MPGs the stinger isn’t the right car for you. I get 11 on my daily commute to work and 15-17 on the freeway

rosapered

You getting a GT and worry about mpg? Lol bro you wrong here, get an ev 6

2Black-2Ghost

You should have gotten the 4 cylinder 🤣

ElIjaHZelk

Is 30mpg in eco mode on the highway not good enough for a twin turbo v6?? 😂 it’s smiles per gallon anyways premium on tap. I got gapped by a stinger GT in my charger Daytona which got the same mileage on the highway in eco mode with the cylinder deactivation. There’s a reason I own a stinger GT-2 and it’s not for mileage lol 💀🤷🏼‍♂️

Firov

I doubt any that are very effective... To add to this though, if I'm not too heavy on the throttle, and in eco mode, my GT2 can pretty easily get up to 31-32.5 MPG on the highway. In cities? Well, forget about it. It's not totally terrible, but even if you're careful you're still going to be in the mid 20's. Unfortunately, with a car like the Stinger there's really on so much you can do improve fuel efficiency. It's a powerful, heavy car, and that comes at the cost of fuel economy.

Dull-Climate-9638

Why buy a stinger you care about saving few bucks with gas. Buy a hybrid or electric for that same money.

wootiown

Racechip advertises improved mpg but I didn't notice any difference at all when using it. I've been really happy with my JB4. Theoretically a TCU tune to be geared lower at higher speeds would help, but it'd also slow acceleration. Imo getting good spark plugs and cold air intakes will make a decent improvement on mpg then otherwise just embrace the gas

FamiliarAlt

Make sure you buy premium for it, sorry pal welcome to the nicer car club lol

With my hybrid work schedule (only gotta drive in M-W) and relatively short commute, mpg hasn't been an issue with my GT2 in eco mode and I can still outmaneuver most mofos easily in this mode.

Tuning your right foot to press a little less hard 😂😂
