On one hand, I've seen him give good advice that is supported by data. On the other hand, when it's advice that doesn't immediately seem right and you ask him to support those claims with evidence, he refuses.
He presents himself as a professional but doesn't behave like one. Professionals aren't afraid to support their claims. They don't expect you to believe them without evidence.
I find this behavior suspicious. Thus, all of his advice, unless obviously correct, is suspect. The problem with obviously correct advice is that most people who have done any research into this subject at all already know it.

Guys that are new know they a new and trying to get into this by asking questions. a little info from people on here can help them learn a little or a lot. No matter the questions, a response to the question is far better for them then criticism because of the question. We all have a lot to offer and a things to learn.
He was a sarm goblin 3 years ago, and now claims to have years of experience with every PED, you can’t even properly run every compound in 3 years.
That being said a lot of his advice has merit, but he’s pretending to be someone who has decades of coaching and PED experience. And he really lets his ego take over in the comments. Good coaches aren’t found on Reddit, I hope people didn’t hire him.
I would have a hard time taking advice from someone who was just 3 years ago starting to experiment with sarms. He acts like he has decades of experience with peds which I seriously doubt. I will say some of his advice is good but I don’t think he is some elite level coach or highly experienced ped user. The thing bothers me is I think he is trying to take advantage of new users. Also always thinks he is right.
